Ratio Professional Group, Inc. is a Michigan USA company supporting clients from around the globe.
Our services include account management, project management, purchasing support, contract reviews, and business development services. Our focus is automotive, bus and truck, military, agriculture and construction, off highway, and specialty vehicle markets.
WHY RATIO?
RATIO provides business services to clients who seek an alternative to full-time employees or brick-and-mortar facilities. Our clients are looking for full time experience from seasoned professionals, but assigned on a proportional basis (a “ratio”) to accurately match the business requirements. Clients enjoy paying no payroll taxes, reduced travel costs, and access to a Michigan USA address for sales samples and prototypes. Our clients are non-US companies selling products and services to US-based companies.

Project Management of any project, short or long duration. Personnel at RATIO either are currently or have previously held PMP® certification. Leading cross-functional product development team meetings, maintaining project schedules and open items lists.
Purchasing Support, assigned to a specific vendor or purchased component. Including negotiating the best payment terms, strengthening vendor relationships, distributing and follow-up on RFQ, and supporting product development teams.
Business Contract Reviews to help you negotiate the best business terms. This is not a substitute for Legal counsel, but many aspects of negotiating terms and conditions or long-term agreements are not subject to Legal advice.
Business Development, the largest solution provided by RATIO. Our goal is to introduce a client’s product(s) to prospective customers via various marketing tools. This may include synergies (relationships with customers purchasing products of other non-competing clients), adding your product to the RATIO product line on ratioprofessional.com, trade show exhibitions, and other business development activities.
Engineering Services are available through RATIO’s network of outside contractors. Examples include Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and product design / review.

RATIO secured the first product sales at a US truck manufacturer for a client based in Mexico. Our team manages a German-based component vendor for a client.
RATIO serves as sales agent for a U.K. manufacturer and we have won business in the U.S. Defense, Specialty Vehicle, and Off Highway markets for this client.
